The customer service was great. Very helpful people and friendly. I rented the car hauler and it worked out great. If there was anything that could be improved it would be the ratchets on the front that anchor the straps over the front tires. They were pretty rusty and hard to work. A little spray lubricant should take care of that.

The wi fi was not good and took a little time to login and upload the driver’s license. I wish the check in process would allow the driver’s license portion to be verified prior to pick up time.
