eventhough the vehicle was muddy in the cab and back of the truck -- when mentioned to Savannah - she offered to have it cleaned after i inspected the truck - thanked her and told her i would only be traveling to and from my destination for only approximately 6 miles that it was not necessary -- appreciated the offer -- and there was no hesitation in her response and was aware that she was very sincere in making my experience a pleasant one -- observed her working her computer very proficiently and quickly therefore i was in and out of the location and on way pronto! Again, upon returning the vehicle she worked her magic with gas receipts, mileage and checking the gas gauges upon receipt and return and i was delighted to experience also a refund thanks to her making sure all went well with my uhaul experience -- thank you uhaul for a very convenient location and well trained , personable staffing -- which includes the two uhaul customer service reps that i spoke with on you 800 number -- with much gratitude for making my experience, very comforting and pleasant !! Kudos and happy Easter blessings to all !!

The customer service was great. Very helpful people and friendly. I rented the car hauler and it worked out great. If there was anything that could be improved it would be the ratchets on the front that anchor the straps over the front tires. They were pretty rusty and hard to work. A little spray lubricant should take care of that.
H TThe wi fi was not good and took a little time to login and upload the driver’s license. I wish the check in process would allow the driver’s license portion to be verified prior to pick up time.
