It took almost 45 min to check in and pick the truck up because I kept having issues with the app. Also there is a major condensation issue and a bunch of the items got wet during transporting them to the location. My fiance was not please at all.

Great service and vehicle was clean and well maintained
Eric MMy Uhaul truck cab, truck box, and trailer all leaked water when we drove through rain, getting some of our stuff wet. You should seal up everything in those units so others won't get water damage on their belongings.
