The drop box was easily identifiable and the parking situation was conveinent. Multiple people were easily able to get their rentals while we were checking out, and it was a smooth operation.

The Uhaul agent was very nice and very helpful. Everyone in the shop were very nice as well.
Julie JPick up was easy, the truck was NOT equipped with the dolls and accessories I had ordered which made moving really difficult. Otherwise it was fine.
Allisha BNot this location but I am furious with uhaul. We made a reservation for Sunday and they wanted my son to pick up the rental 30 miles away. He had no way to get there. Uhaul customer service helped me find a truck the next day but it was more expensive. I will never use uhaul again. Uhaul can't guarantee a reservation and I feel like it was a bait and switch. This is not the first time.
