Don't use on Sunday for pick up. They have a reputation of not opening in the morning
Douglas JStopped to pick up the uhaul and this barber shop. Nobody spoke English. I was given a cell number to call. I was told they were closed but my pickup appointment was 4pm and it said they were open until 5. Via cell phone, I was told what trailer to take from the lot. Despite being offer a tow hitch to purchase when reserving, the location has no supplies either so I ran to Walmart to get those supplies. I'm glad they were open on a Sunday but this was not a positive experience.
