Truck was dirty and had an odor
Evelyn LNot sure if the employee understood me. Told them I was here to drop off, but didnt do anything in the system. Once I unhooked and still didnt get an email confirmation that I dropped off, I did the self check out. Before backing my trailer into the parking spot, I had to push another trailer back into its parking spot as it must have floated into the aisle. There wasn't any wheel checks so I found a couple dead logs and chocked a wheel. I then backed my trailer in and chocked with a dead log as well.

Jerry KWaiting for refund as was charged an extra day. Returned unit on Sunday and did not receive receipt till Monday. Music was extremely loud and hard to understand staff when in person or on the phone. Should have separate area for U-Haul transactions. Still no receipt or paperwork to show that extra day would be refunded.
