Pick up was easy, the truck was NOT equipped with the dolls and accessories I had ordered which made moving really difficult. Otherwise it was fine.

Not this location but I am furious with uhaul. We made a reservation for Sunday and they wanted my son to pick up the rental 30 miles away. He had no way to get there. Uhaul customer service helped me find a truck the next day but it was more expensive. I will never use uhaul again. Uhaul can't guarantee a reservation and I feel like it was a bait and switch. This is not the first time.
