Robert BWindshield wipers were in operable, the air conditioning only blew thru the defroster vents. Steering was loose.
GREG FU-Haul waited until day before rental to adjust location 30+ miles away. U-Haul then notified on day of rental, time of rental was adjusted to later. These last minute adjustments disrupted pre-arranged labor for moving. Walked into establishment, smelled of stale beer with beer bottles, beer cans, and mixed drink cans laying throughout. I had to holler and announce my presence before an intoxicated representative came from back to assist me. Representative was slurring words in English to me and Spanish on phone to whoever he was engaged in a personal phone call with. Representative required utilization of desk to remain upright. I asked representative to adjust billing credit card. He was unable to do so, though he told me billing method was updated. Would NEVER utilize this location for U-HAUL or any other services again.
