I originally booked a different car, but when I arrived, I was told that the vehicle I reserved was not available. Instead, I was given an older car that was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if someone had been smoking in it. From the very first day, the car was uncomfortable to use due to the bad odor and lack of cleanliness. This was not the level of service I expected

ERNESTO RI think U-Haul corporate does a great job in setting up its dealers for success. The only thing I would mention is that in some of the smaller operations, not all of the items that show up on the reservation list are available, such as dollies and hand trucks. I think it would be a good idea if all dealers a strictly required to maintain a minimum supply of these items.
