The truck I had reserved wasn’t available. I had called and confirmed and when I got there, I was told since I was late, only a 10’ truck was available and not a 15’. Note that I arrived at 8:05 for an 8am reservation.

Danielle FThe worker behind the counter that actually handled the rental was wonderful. The person that I assume is the owner or manager of this service station / rental location was the worst. When I returned the van they did not supply a place to park and he instructed me to park illegally at a fire hydrant. There is more to this episode but suffice to say he was rude, used expletives and a litany of demeaning language.
