The truck was terrible. Check engine light was on, mirror in drivers side kept falling out of position while driving, needing adjusting 6 time for 30 miles of driving. Went through almost a quarter tank of gas for a 30 mile trip. Absolutely terrible.
DANIEL JCustomer service was lousy The initial guy who was there when I was trying to do the rental told me that he didn't have nothing available and I would have had to make it a reservation in order to get something and wouldn't rent me a vehicle at first I had to go online and put in my request for the rental which show that he did have vehicles available after he told me he didn't have nothing
W SRental truck was so dirty I can’t even describe, also truck was barely working and very unsafe to operate. U-Haul is the scam rental providing nothing and overcharging not as advertised.
