The location felt a bit unsafe in the store. Employees yelling at each other trip hazards all around. They should find a better spot to put the check out of u-hauls

The only problem with returning the equipment here is that they don't seem to be in the Uhaul network. On this trip, the people at Bi Rite could not return my equipment as it was not in their system. It required a few follow up calls to resolve which was one headache I did not need while moving
