I had to drive 45 minutes away from my original pickup location which put me way behind on moving. Then, after I moved I had to drive that extra 45 minutes AGAIN to pick up my car. I made my reservation 4 days in advance and my U-Haul vehicle was NOT where it was supposed to be. This is no reflection on C&H Equipment Rental. They were great.
