The facility was clean and organized. I cannot rate the staff or service because the business was closed when I returned the rental. Phone numbers and hours of operation were posted but no after hours service so I returned the rental online after calling the service center number on my contract. When I was taking the final photos the system kicked me off after only the second photo so I was unable to complete that part or the process. Otherwise, a great overall experience as always!

Location was likely farther from my home than it needed to be. I’m sure there is a closer U-Haul dealer but I was not familiar with options when I picked up the trailer in Florida. No problem really. All in all the rental experience was excellent.
