The process is great when it works properly. I tried 3-4 different times to take pictures of the truck when picking up the truck. Ended up just leaving because of the time limit. I tried customer service chat, they asked me if I had saved the pics to my phone, obviously not. I asked if I could try again when I got to the starting point, less than a mile away, said no. While returning the truck, started the process, took pics, and error message came up. So I backed out and once to back in the app apparently fixed it’s self and I was able to drop off the keys and ended the process. I did save the pics just in case.

Pease stop asking the same questions over and over again, on your questionnaire, about the truck. One time answering the question should be enough... And, having to take pictures of the truck several times is also time consuming. Other than that, everything else was good 👍🏼
