While the trick was cleaned it had two issues one that required roadside assistance. The oil indicator light came on 15 minutes Into our move across state lines. Thankfully we were no yet in the highway. The tow service and Steven Wilson were a God send and a complete blessing! He filled the truck up and we were on our way. The whole issue delayed our trip by almost 2.5 hours. It caused my moving team to have to cancel and made our unload challenging.

Brian RI'm a FedEx contractor out of Murfreesboro and Mount Juliet. We rented over 45 units from U-haul for peak running through the December of 2025. We have done this over the past 5 years. I have never been treated so poorly by a representative of U-haul. The facility manager (Pam) was rude and dismissive to one of my managers. We returned two units on 12/2/25. When the arrived, she immediately ordered my manager and driver to move the trucks from the front of her store parking lot. Which was odd in the first place. She instructed them to move the units further down next to another 15ft U-Haul. When my manager told her there was not another truck in the parking lot. She told her assistant, "you move them, this guy is obviously clueless". As you can imagine it went downhill from there. I got there shortly after the incident to pick them up. I get people have bad days. When I tried to explain to her, she didn't want to hear my concerns. It was all about her and she did nothing wrong. It's also hard to believe, I'm the first person she's ever treated with disregard. I'm surprised it is allowed to continue. U-Haul has instrumental in the success of my business and I'm not going to let this one off change it. Ninety-nine percent of the time everyone I come in contact with through scheduling, corporate and reservations has been top notch. Thank you for taking my feedback.
