Confusion between the what the app was wanting and what I was told at the site. Super nice and easy to deal with people the app was confusing I’d already left and it was asking for a picture of my license plate. Then on drop off talked to the lady up front said I was good to go then left and it wanted pictures of the trailer. Would have went back out of my way to do that but Shepherdsvilles is in grid lock because of construction.
JOSHUA HI was given the U-Haul with only 18 miles left before the tank ran out of gas. I was told that I didn’t have to return the U-Haul anything higher than that at this location. I then received a fuel charge. I don’t understand why I was charged for fuel since I was explicitly told I would not be and that I had to fill up the truck myself before driving I could start using it. I dropped off the truck with more gas in it than I had when I received it.
