There is a huge problem with the system, this is like the third time I face an issue with uhaul reservation, I couldn't complete taking the car from the app in these times and last time the employee couldn't even do it from her computer. The system was mad and she had to cancel the reservation and when she tried to re-reserve the car she couldn't and she had to do everything manually, but I lost 1 hour. I work for an organisation that reservs the car for me with their credit card information, but when she tried to reserve the car the second time she couldn't get these information and she used my credit card. Beside the 1 hour of work I lost, I will have to figure out how I should get the reimbursement from the organisation The car had on dashboard (oil need change) and (left tire need air) since the first moment I took it A supervisor must have a visit to uhaul branches every once in a while, and the website and app issues should be fixed

Nathalie PIt was not write that the store would be closed, the lock for the key would also be under snow and ice. Then the truck was completely icy and when I tried to pull away, it was spinning in the snow. Knowing that now, I will never go to that place again.
