Drop off only - location was closed for long weekend. I did not meet any staff nor enter the facility

Helene HDifficulty to obtain help. App is not clear about each steps. Took me 15 minutes to finish the process. Please, improve the clarity of explanation, because I was waiting on front of a close door for nothing. And at the return that was the same. It pass directly without explanation from pick up to return so I was trying to complete with the picture of gaz and Miles... Chat on the app disappear when you are trying to follow steps or navigate on the different sections... No one on phone are able to help me "this is not my department" they said... So, the part of using the truck, the price, the availability etc was great, the part with the app was not.
