They are a Hardware/Lumber store and U-Haul is secondary. Thus, the individual that normally handles the contracts is very knowledgeable but he was absent the day I picked it up and the gentleman who issued me the equipment was ill prepared to do so. He did not include my free extra day and 100 miles for transporting a box trailer to Longview for U-Haul. I was fortunate that I didn’t need it but it could have caused issues. I even showed him the texts from U-Haul and he still bypassed them. So, unfamiliar with the system/ipad and trying to do too many things at a time could have been a real problem.

CHRISTOPHER RHunter was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were thankful that the hardware store had the equipment we needed to get back home safely after being in a wreck while driving through the area.
