Go to Budget rental or someplace else. Pick up location was wonderful but setting everything up was absolutely horrible. Went to U-Haul dealer set up for auto transport was called four different times telling me to go to four different places not acceptable. We ended up having to drive almost an hour out of our way just to pick up the equipment when we reserved it. about 10 minutes away from us. We kept getting phone calls from someone by the name of toy. She is a joke very rude very attitude and a smart ass would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Pick up location and drop off location. Workers were wonderful though.
