The gentleman at A American Self Storage has been renting U-Hauls for better than 20 years, and it shows. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to do a quick "grab and go". He was efficient in the use of my time, but also made sure I was fully up to speed on everything I would need to know to have a successful trip. Great experience.

JEFFREY MMake sure that when one location gives you an affordable price a customer can afford, that price can be picked up at any location anywhere. I did have a problem picking up my U-Haul because they wanted me to go to another place with a higher price that was originated from. If one location gives you a low price, you should be able to pick it up anywhere at any location with that same current price that was given to you from the start.
