Parking lot was an absolute mud pit.. the truck & myself got mud in places we shouldn’t have just trying to get it out from there. Besides that my move went perfectly.

ROBERT RI dropped the truck and was 3rd in line. Gave key to Reginald and he said I could go and would receive an email receipt in 30 minutes. No receipt after 2 days. Many phone calls to location and the 800 number but no one could find the truck I dropped. 2 nights with very ittle sleep. Almost 2 hours on hold on 3 different calls while they searched lot for truck. Location manager finally found it was a different truck after 2 days and checked me in. I'm not very happy and may not use U-Haul for my move in a few months. Please call me at 336-707-1110 if you'd like to discuss.
