The woman was as friendly as a mean snake. I have rented uhauls many times, through different facilities and have always had assistance with lifting the tongue onto the hitch. She said they are not obligated to help and she is the only one in the store. Lifting a 12ft trailer off the ground is heavy. I am a 68 yo woman who usually picks up the rental alone, thank god I had my husband with me. Their lot is also a mess with large holes. I should have been told at the time i made my reservation that I would have to lift it alone. I have always had such great service in the past!!!

FRANCIS MWe had an exceptional experience with this location after a nightmare experience with another location in Denver. He was super friendly and had us out in no time on such a short notice. I would 100 percent recommend this location, stay away from the Bershire Station in Denver, absolute joke, they do not follow their hours and seem to come in when they want to. This location is the way to go, thanks again for accommodating us on such short notice.
