Emilie WI rented a 15-ft truck months in advance, and the size I requested was not available on the reservation day, so I was automatically "upgraded" to a 20-ft truck, which was only located in another town and was too big for my needs. I don't understand how ordering way in advance did not reserve the size ordered, in the town originally requested. Please do not assume that "upgrading" to a larger truck and offering an extra free day will satisfy the customer. In my case, I was driving 11 hours to Boston and then having to navigate parking in the city. So not only was additional gas required, but also difficulty in navigating driving and parking.
