The lady did not know how to work the app. She kept saying that I did it online which I didn’t. I did it over the phone. She wasn’t really much help most of it. I did on my own through the app which I’m glad I downloaded.

Rebecca KThe keys provided in the self help box were to the wrong vehicle. I spent 30 minutes in the parking lot Sunday morning on the phone with the help desk trying to get the correct truck. No one on-site to help and did not answer the provided phone number.
