The keys provided in the self help box were to the wrong vehicle. I spent 30 minutes in the parking lot Sunday morning on the phone with the help desk trying to get the correct truck. No one on-site to help and did not answer the provided phone number.

Run down building, new tires needed on truck.
STEPHEN AIt was in a bad part of town, no signage and it was very run down. The only way we knew it was the right spot was there were 2 trucks parked there.It was Saturday afternoon and no one was there.
