O longer u haul agent - no e informed me when booking truck and this was my drop off location- they had to phone e U-Haul agent to make other arrangements
WILLIAM WOriginal pickup was a 15 minute drive from my home. The location new pick up location was almost an hour away. I had scheduled movers to come but I was 2 hours late. The attendant was very nice but essentially useless.
ZEFERINA HI originally reserved the trailer from land of spices on memorial avenue. When I arrived at the location the trailer was not there and ready for pickup. When I asked if the teller could help me find one nearby he was rude and refused to help me. I on my own called the u haul hotline in which I got excellent service and when I arrived to crystal beach to pickup the trailer the teller at crystal beach was also amazing to help.
BRAEDAN DDrop off location very friendly. No issues.
