Trailer pulled and trailed nice and was perfect for hauling my motorcycle over 3,000 miles. I had to contact U-Haul when I reached my destination as the blinker bulb was shorting out for left turns. U-Haul dispatched a repair technician within minutes of my call and within an hour had replaced the whole taillight assembly. I was very impressed with the service.

Kathleen KI rented a 26 ft truck. None available ended up with a 20 ft. told I wouldn't get an adustment for the difference. It was slow getting checked in. Trent did come in a little earlier, which was nice.
Rita GThis location was fine and the gentleman was nice. However, I had reserved, and paid for a truck! I was not told until 12 hours before pickup that there was no truck. I also was not told that I would have to purchase a hitch for the trailer. Again, not his fault, but the company service sucked. And then, the lock was broken on the trailer.
