This location was fine and the gentleman was nice. However, I had reserved, and paid for a truck! I was not told until 12 hours before pickup that there was no truck. I also was not told that I would have to purchase a hitch for the trailer. Again, not his fault, but the company service sucked. And then, the lock was broken on the trailer.
