Location is convenient. They were closed at drop off time but plenty of parking was available. Key drop box was easy to locate. Answered "no" to helpful personnel only because I didn't talk to them due to being closed. I used the Uhaul app for return.

This is not the location’s fault but the mileage limit is not great. I picked up the U-Haul from Van Buren and drove it to my home to pack then drove to my new location in Siloam and then dropped it off. There was no extra stops yet I got charged for over mileage. It’s stupid that it doesn’t ask for location to location.

MICHAEL GOne of the load rails in the truck failed due to aged split wood. The truck was not overloaded nor did the load shift. The guy working during the return checkin after use was not helpful at all. He really lacked basic customer service skills.
