One of the load rails in the truck failed due to aged split wood. The truck was not overloaded nor did the load shift. The guy working during the return checkin after use was not helpful at all. He really lacked basic customer service skills.

The voice recording for the phone answering machine needs to state a key drop off for after hours of operation
Charity MMutator was infested with ants and I had to return the trailer and drive another 30 minutes to pick up another one or I was given the option to clean the ant infestation out.
