I was overcharged for an odometer malfunction by $200+ and it still has not been resolved. I picked my truck up across the street from my home and drove it across the street from there. I could not have driven more than 2-3 miles total, if that. I was never prompted to take a picture of the odometer during the pick up process. I was told that someone would be reaching out to dispute the alleged 124 mile charge. Nobody reached out and I received an astronomical charge to my credit card instead. I will never use U-Haul again. This company made an already traumatic move worlds more stressful for this single mother and her two kids.
