Awful pick up instructions. Had to wait on hold forever to fix the reservation to access keys. Tire light was on when we picked up the truck and the brakes were so bad we thought they were going to go out on the drive down the mountain. Will not recommend your service to anyone.

I called more than 20 times during the week to confirm what I needed to do to drop off. Never answered the phone. Didn’t allow to leave a message. The lot was a disaster. I had to thread some very tight windows to park the trailer. Horrible experience.
