Not good communication. Just not upfront with any thing..
VALORY HCPU system took too long - thay say it is a UHAUL issue. Van was dirty on the inside. Charges were done multiple times and never explained why it changed
DAVID CI got charged a cleaning fee for a U-Haul that was not clean when I picked it up I submitted photos and still got a fee. The worker at location insisted I didn’t have a reservation while he was on the phone with his own personal insurance company until he refreshed his browser
MIRIAN YI rented the truck for 2 days. Did the job in one day and returned the truck beore the end of 1st day and Uhaul still charged me for 2 days....poor , poor customer service, I will not be renting from Uhaul again.
