I prefer speaking to a human being. My guy was great. The AI bullshit in the u haul phone center was frustrating and not helpful. Only when I found U Rent and spoke to an actual person did I accomplish what I needed. I know the world is changing, but there are some of us that prefer face to face contact with the people we do business with.

Ken SU-Haul system was down It took us 45 mins to get the truck. The gentleman was extremely helpful will getting U-Haul on the phone. We had to start from the beginning. Not happy at all
