I brought the truck back cleaner than I got it and was still charged a $25 clean up fee. I was also charged for 2 extra miles even though I picked the truck up where U'Haul recommended, loaded the truck at the address that I stated on the reservation, drove straight to the location that I stated on the reservation and returned the truck to the drop off that U-Haul recommended. I disputed this charge. I missed a call from someone at U-Haul in Tulsa named Chris. I called him back the next day and left a message. I then called again on the following day and again left a message. No reply. I then received an invoice for $27.19. I will not be using U'Haul ever again.

STEVEN SHad incorrect front tire tie down restraint on one side. Addressed issue with employee and was told he didn't know. That's the way they received it. Was not very knowledgeable on anything.
JOHN PVery unorganized on site. The key could not be located. We were delayed in leaving by approximately 30 minutes, maybe more. The person I spoke from the Uhaul office was most helpful. The worker was very incompetent. And the office was quite disgusting. In the end, we had a successful move.
