Had incorrect front tire tie down restraint on one side. Addressed issue with employee and was told he didn't know. That's the way they received it. Was not very knowledgeable on anything.

Very unorganized on site. The key could not be located. We were delayed in leaving by approximately 30 minutes, maybe more. The person I spoke from the Uhaul office was most helpful. The worker was very incompetent. And the office was quite disgusting. In the end, we had a successful move.
