We called and a woman answered. She told us she would let him know we were bringing it, but she wasn't actually on the location When we got there he was busy mowing the yard and told us to park it out of the way. He'd get to it when he could, and to do everything online. Needless to say, this has been a bad experience all the way around.
JAMES LAaron is the BEST!! Very polite and knowledgeable of everything.
JAMIE RSite is a little confusing where to park equipment. However staff make up for it and very helpful
THOMAS PNo one was there when I arrived about 12:30 pm, called the number posted on the door if I needed assistance, was asked if I needed help dropping it off and I said yes...they tried to reach one of their workers had me on hold for ten minutes. I was still on hold when someone showed up they showed me where to park the trailer, They did not know how to check the trailer in told me I was fine and they would take care of it. I am very disappointed with this move all together. This is my second one way rental within the last two weeks.
