They don’t check the trucks so I was charged for 200 miles of the last driver and now it is my job to prove I didn’t do 240 miles I’ have used you for years for my business and this place is the worst of the worst

MICHAEL MIt wasn't so much the location as that the app didn't work and there was no one there to talk to, it's an unattended location.
Steven JReally nice people everywhere! But ugh, your system made this a pain in the ass. I reserved a trailer, blankets, and bought a ball for my hitch, which were all available at the Evanston location I booked. Then the day before you changed me to Skokie, where there were no blankets and no ball, so ended having to drive to 3 locations just to get this done.
