There is no key drop box and they do not return calls. I’ve called them over 4 or 5 times and left 2 messages and no one has called me back. I’m now on the phone with U-Haul trying to figure out how or where to leave the key.

They don’t check the trucks so I was charged for 200 miles of the last driver and now it is my job to prove I didn’t do 240 miles I’ have used you for years for my business and this place is the worst of the worst
FLOYD T2/3s of the equipment that I paid for wasn't in the truck when I picked it up. When I called customer service they acted like it was my fault that the equipment wasn't there.
Eli PI had a horrible experience renting from here. I already filed a complain. Most horrible experience I’ve had with u haul.
