I dropped the key off no one was there which is fine. The location fume was strong and unpleasant.

Drop off was after hours. Therefore I had to say the personal was not helpful.

Kimberly VThey were absolutely not understanding at all regarding the situation my husband ran into with his job in the coast guard and needing to drop the u haul off at a different uhaul location to avoid being late for his deployment. Very unprofessional and not empathetic what so ever of his situation. Never using uhaul again.
Kyle SSelf check in, pick up and drop off was very confusing. Lots of error codes, you’d have to arrive and drop off at least 30-40 mins early to leave room for troubleshooting. Front desk tried to help as much as possible, but they only rent out the trucks they don’t deal with “Uhaul stuff”. Only way to pick up and drop off is to do everything using your phone.
