No one was able to or willing to show us how to connect the dolly trailer. Two employees were saying it was the other one's job. One employee offered to help and charge us $20. We (two girls) had to youtube a video to figure it out and make sure we were safe enough to drive across the country (1,300 miles). Luckily we got there safely!

The inside cab and the floor of the truck was dirty and had not been cleaned. The air conditioner was blowing hot air when it was on or off

MITCHELL SI had trouble checking in for my rental online so I went in the location for assistance. The front desk clerk was very nice and finished the check in for me. She then took us to the vehicle and made sure everything was good to go. She is a keeper and deserves a raise.
