The uhaul representative quit a few days before I arrived to get my trailer. The meineke representative was very friendly and did their best to assist, called someone and was able to get me checked out.

Marlin FI paid for 24 a hour rental but was told I had to return the truck in 21.5 hours. So you make me pay for 24 hours but you only give me 21.5 hours. This is very poor customer service. No discount offered. Having to return the truck early was a BIG inconvenience to me. No I will never use this location again and will discourage any one I know from using it.
George BHave a jack on the trailer to get on and off the hitch. It weighs too much for most people to get it on and off by hand.
