Alexander Fkey was difficult to remove from lock box due to its large accessory and poor placement. other than that it was a very good and easy experience!
Alysda DI called th CS to see where I could drop the trailer. The drop locations were out of my way and required me to change my plans. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience but the lady on the other end said she wasn't allowed to do that. You see the issue I had wasn't with the individual dealers. It was with the corporate side of the business. I won't be recommending haul to my friends and family.
