I was supposed to pick the truck up at 9:00 am. There was no one there to checkout the truck and give us the keys. The app was not working so we couldn't get the keys through the online checkout. Another customer was able to get through to corporate. The owner at this location showed up about 15-20 minutes late. He wasn't able to get into the system, and seemed pretty clueless about everything.
