Recommending a U-Haul locations to a friend is not something normal person does. The check-in process was miserable. The app is slow and laggy and buffered for around 10 minutes while I sat in the rain.

MARK BI was supposed to pick the truck up at 9:00 am. There was no one there to checkout the truck and give us the keys. The app was not working so we couldn't get the keys through the online checkout. Another customer was able to get through to corporate. The owner at this location showed up about 15-20 minutes late. He wasn't able to get into the system, and seemed pretty clueless about everything.
