My reservation was entirely messed up. I was given three different drop off locations, my reservation number wouldn’t link to my account, and when it finally did, nothing would load, it told me it couldn’t locate the store even though I was standing in front of the U-Haul office of the address given, and no one on the phone could help me. However, Todd and the personnel at the location were wonderful. He walked out as I was on the phone with a representative and personally took over, resolving my issues within 20 minutes and offering us water as we waited. He looked into the issue, how to fix it, and listened to all of my concerns. He was extremely accommodating, and I highly recommend this specific location. The self service drop off aspect needs to be worked on, as do the accounts. I had trouble from the minute I began. But it was not the problem of this location in the slightest and they deserve only praise for how they handled the situation.
