It's ridiculously expensive

GARY FI showed my confirmation number and showed them my reservation on the app, including my contract and they would not give me the keys. By far the worst experience I've ever had with renting a vehicle, the employees should be better trained and actually read the information provided to them. I showed them all the necessary information and they kept denying giving me the keys, they said someone else had it booked because I was minutes late because of the fact that the authentication on the app took so long. Will probably never use these services again, but 100% never from that location.
