I reserved a 10ft truck and a dolly for a total of 184 and some change. I show up they didn’t have it. Was going to make me drive. I was on a time limit. They gave me a 26ft truck and told me they would give it to me for the same price. They did not. They charged me 266. I couldn’t drive it in and out, the car got stuck on the dolly for over 2 hours, it was the worst experience ever. Then I return it and they give me another 100 dollar bill. I’ll NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Worst service ever in life.

The wheels were really rusty with paint chipping off of them. I was a little worried they might fail.

Deborah MI ordered an appliance dolly and one was not provided and then I returned to the location to pick it up and all they had was the utility dolly. I did not receive a refund for the appliance dolly like I was promised.
