Service très ordinaire, le service client de uhaul m'a relocaliser à plusieurs dizaines de km pour la prise de possession du camion parce qu'il n'était pas en mesure de rejoindre le comptoir de prise de possession initiale, alors que le commerce dans le même édifice était ouvert. J'ai dû confirmer moi même avec eux la validité de ma location et rappeler uhaul pour remettre ma prise de possession au comptoir initiale. J'avais également loué un Dolly et des couvertures de déménagement qui n'ont pas été fournie.

Carolyn MI hâted my expérience it took us over an hour just to have our truck with the application the fact that the store was close during the week end is a major irritant . The costumers survices is in English or spanish my first language is in french i had to càll 3 Times to have a correct respond ton my question On the second call the personn who respond was supposed to call me back and he never did I werent able to finish my location on the application the message that it gave me was that I had to much photos werent able to finish I Hope you improve your way to serve Your costumer Sincerely yours Carolyne Green
