Reservations was easy on line. However the call from the location on 3 different days we’ll be my reservation were not needed because they asked why I wasn’t there to pick up the truck. It wasn’t the rental day. Next the young man asked if my name was Moron with a grin. I said I was sorry he couldn’t read my name was Moran. He then quickly said Teresa. So I guess he can read. Next the car hauler lock was cranked done so tight it took two strong men working on it to get it to come off so we could load the truck then put it back on for my SUV to be loaded on the car hauler.
