I rented a unit in Woodridge Il and returned in Martinsville IN. On the way to dropping off truck I received a text message saying to drop it off in Bloomington IN. At that point I called that location and said I would not be able to do that and had it written on the contract to return to Martinsville. The truck was dropped off on July 10th and I spoke to the lady at the Martinsville location at the time. I then received another invoice from a dealer Irish Storage located in South Bend for the cost of $485.25. When I contacted a woman at that location she was very snippy and didn't seem very helpful. I tried calling the Martinsville location to see why the truck was never properly checked in and no answer. This is all a huge waste of time for me and am not very happy with my overall experience. I would like to be contacted by phone at 331 246 3785 ASAP in order to get this resolved

Angelica NWe were charged almost double what we were originally quoted: $20.90 in fuel charges for a truck that was driven less than 10 miles and $20 for “safe move” coverage which we waived. This was in addition to the base rate of $39.99 plus $1.29/mile which we were expecting.
