First, my husband had a hard time locating the actual office, once he got there, the Uhaul Representative could not access our order, so my husband had to call me to asked me to forward my email with the order. Long story short, it took well over an hour to secure the rental, but not without issues that were still unresolved. This caused us to be nearly 2 hours behind on our schedule to get our son out of his dorm and on the road back to Colorado......total bummer! Then, because their system was down, they never collected payment, not until 2 days after returning to Colorado, and then he had to run my payment twice, even though I had given the other representative my "new" credit card number twice before. Complete disaster from start to finish!!

Anthony KThe address that we were told to drop off was not correct. Thankfully for a guy from another business told where we might check. And that was it .
William TNobody was there; nobody answered the phone; it was very strange to simply park on the street and drop the keys off. We took lots of photos of the vehicle as it just didn't feel right.
