Not location issue. Signed up for mobile pick up after work hours. The uhaul app was not working lucky an employee was able to help. If that employee was not there and went 100% beyond it would be a 1 star. The appliance dolly was not in the truck as expected but the employee was great enough to have is double check. It would have ruin the entire point if we did not have the dolly
Jordan AWestern Ave, Uhaul dropped the ball on having my trailer on site for me even after I made the reservation 3 weeks ahead of time , but Fellows Street UHaul pulled thru for me with flying colors . They will be getting my business from not on .
