The reservation rental location did not have the truck requested so we had to drive 40 minutes to the next location. When we arrived, the 26’ truck had a dead battery that required charging. Staff was helpful. It was unclear what caused the battery to discharge so we were advised by the agent to leave the truck running when stopping to avoid it not starting again. The trip was 18 hours long. This is not the first time the rental truck was not up to standard.
