Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate that.He had the trailer hooked up and ready to go with the quickness everything tested and checked out.

it was just an after hour dropoff, but was clearly marked.
Nancy LThey are friendly and helpful. The equipment was clean, well serviced and ready for pick up. The office and waiting area could use some cleaning up and maybe some chairs.
BRENT NThe reservation rental location did not have the truck requested so we had to drive 40 minutes to the next location. When we arrived, the 26’ truck had a dead battery that required charging. Staff was helpful. It was unclear what caused the battery to discharge so we were advised by the agent to leave the truck running when stopping to avoid it not starting again. The trip was 18 hours long. This is not the first time the rental truck was not up to standard.
