Only one employee to handle U-Haul. He also runs the car wash. And oil change shop! No dedicated phone line!!! Nice folks! Just horrible service.

The pins for the trailer gate held in with Tie wraps. However, upon return in Clarksville staff corrected it on the spot for the next rental. Upon returning the trailer when I picked it up in Southhaven Michigan they had me returning the Tailer to Florida. Once again the staff and Clarksville corrected this promptly. In short, the only complaint I have is from Michigan
