I would never rent from this location again. The person working at the service station was cursing at his customers, couldn’t find my reservation, told me his gasoline customers came before me as I waited 20-30 minutes to pick up my trailer. He told me he hurt his shoulder and I would have to hook up the trailer myself. I had to call u haul on the phone because he said my reservation number meant nothing to him because it wasn’t in his computer. I almost walked out and went to another location. Terrible customer service and experience.

There were small rocks and debris (dirt) inside the trailer and on the fender and sides that I swept out to keep from falling off and bouncing or flying out onto the road and possibly causing damage to other vehicles. I swept it off/out. Before and after. One trailer tire had 59 lbs and the other had 56 lbs of air pressure in the tires. The lights on the unit seemed to all be in working order and the hitch and safety c
