Everything went well, except I ordered a Dolly and they did not have one for me to use. I had movers helping me and they had one, so it was no problem. Make sure to double check they have everything you need.

Nothing! Pete did a GREAT JOB searching and entering information into the uhaul system. I had initially spoken with an operator to order the 26 ft truck AND an auto hauler to haul my 2025 Toyota Tacoma SR5. The operator told me that their Auto Hauler could not haul my truck. When I went to Barrets, to pickup the 26 ft truck, I explained what the operator had told me, and Pete took the time to research the operators answer. Pete found that in about 2022 or 2023 Tacomas were shortened, so now the 2025's fit perfectly on the auto hauler. Pete was a pleasure to work with.
