I reserved a truck on Pacific Ave., Spanaway. Then was called and told I had to pick the truck up 20 minutes away in Tacoma. The EMPLOYEE in Tacoma COULD NOT FIND TRUCK KEYS! I had to travel 23 minutes the direction I came from to pick up the truck on Field Rd, Tacoma. Finally a truck. What a shit show.
