Went to drop off and there was no one there in the office or property when it said they was open till 6pm and we was there at 4:13 pm very disappointed

Easy pick up easy drop off. Worked perfectly and was a great experience.
Daniel sThe clerk was great. Very nice to work with, personable. The rig reeked of gasoline, particularly in the back. We mopped it and sprayed air freshener but our items still came to their destination smelling strongly of fuel. The drivers door stuck and you really had to work to get the door shut once you got it open.

RAYMOND ETruck steering was very bad - way too lose for hwy driving. I didn't receive a UHAUL survey for the other location which overbooked and didn't honor my reservation. I still haven't received the $50 for overbooking my other reservation.
mark wMy only complaint is the limited hours to drop off. Otherwise this was a great experience and a well maintained truck.
Corrina SSomeone did a hit n run on my rental box truck. I didn't even notice till I started cleaning it up. The customer service help line was fantastic. They walked me thru the paperwork (computer) filed the report & let the rental place no I'd be late. I was so scared because it was a hit n run. No info to give them. Keep up the great work n help.

Christie SI had a reservation at another store. I tried to check in the day before the move and even with my reservation number they could not help me. I made a reservation at another store for a smaller truck that really didn't meet my needs. The next morning the employee at the new store called and asked if the truck would really do and I said bigger would be better. He found the size I needed at the Field St. Store and transferred the reservation. I thought that was incredibly good service on his part. Everything went smoothly at the Field St. location and the lady who helped me there was polite and kind.

Shanna FNeed better customer service. Was not told I could not return after hours. That costed me an extra 40 dollars. This truck was not clean when I rented it. Will tell everyone not to go to this place
Sandra SThe inside of the truck had motor oil spilled all over the floor and walls. There is no way this truck was inspected and cleaned after the previous customer returned it. The young lady that assisted us was very apologetic for the condition of the truck and stated she would report it right away and gave us a discount for our troubles.
