Viccarra CThe Property Manager, Kimberly Moore was very nice and easy to work with. Everything went as planned. Informed her that the engine light was on during my whole trip. I would highly recommend this location to everyone and will use again if needed.
Gary PI filled up the tank to exactly where it was when I took the truck and returned it promptly to the facility about 4 hours later. However, I am confident that I overpaid my mileage when I prepaid it upon taking the vehicle. So I prepaid 120 miles but am confident I went quite under that by 15 or so miles, as it was roughly 51 miles to my destination and then 51 miles back to the facility where I dropped it off. I was told I’d be refunded any unused miles that I had prepaid but have not seen anything on my credit card yet. Vehicle was also absolutely filthy on the inside.
Dustin BI was overcharged for mileage. I couldn't have driven 69 miles. I also was charged for 2 dollies. I was only given one to use. I emailed my dispute but I have not received a reply yet.
