App is a pain to use, two other places all but blew me off because I didn't use the app. Luckily this place was helpful and friendly.

The lady at the desk was considerate and helpful. I didn’t think to check the U-Haul when I got in it because I assumed it was clean. When I returned the U-Haul and was making sure that I was cleaning out any trash that that I may have had in there; we discovered there was a beer can in the passenger door with beer still in it. The lady at the desk assured me that it was the lady who was supposed to clean it out before me who didn’t. My concern was about the open container law and someone possibly pulled over while renting it. Also, they charged 1.29 per mile. Not the .99 per mile that was advertised on the site. I will not be going back to that location.
