AMY SAt 1230 we put in a request to pick up the truck at 130..when we arrived the sign said they were out to lunch until 230 so we had to wait to get the keys. Apparently the gal had left to pick up her child and didn't even return until 245. The truck wasn't clean. The entire back had wood debris in it, and like 12 blankets, not folded.
